Head to the “Insurance” page and fill out the form. We will then contact you to schedule a complimentary 15-minute strategy call.
Pricing is not provided by email or phone and will be discussed during the call based on your insurance and plan of care. Insurance details should be submitted through the form prior to requesting a call as we’re unable to provide pricing estimates without this information. We do not participate in Medicare or Medicaid, and, due to federal regulations, do not work with Medicare beneficiaries for physical therapy.

Fortuna’s treatment of Osteoporosis and Osteopenia emphasizes force absorption, alignment, and adaptation to real-life movement.
